The Lift series electromechanical spring brake is a direct current brake built in compliance with the EN81-20 standard for the lift sector . The purpose of the brake is to guarantee the static positioning of the transmission system shaft during the opening / closing phases of the system doors.
The construction features of the brake provide for a central magnetic system, held in position by the brake adjusters. A pair of anchors, which operate separately on the braking discs, allows a double safety of the system.
The reference torque value is that developed by the single braking disc. The double braking disc guarantees the intrinsic safety of the system. As required by the standard.
The brake is designed to house a micro switch to control the opening and closing of the brake anchors.
The brake is supplied, on request, with the manual release system.

The excitation and de-excitation times, as well as the functionality in insulation class F and functional S1, with ventilation , are guaranteed only with the use of rectifiers produced by Temporiti Srl, for all the DC brakes referred to in this site, and if the rated voltage remains within the functional tolerance limits of the electric coil .
